Extension update and new kitchen with patio in Pembroke Dock
This job was meant to open up dark kitchen in this terraced house. We have removed old conservatory, opened up the wall to allocate new bifold patio doors. Whole kitchen has been insulated, rewired, new water supply was fed to the building. All was finished in a lovely kitchen from Howdens with real oak worktop, custom tile real bricks, wood effect tile flooring and a very pleasant decked patio for those sunset moments:)
New garage and porch extension in Pembroke
This project was intended to make more space in the porch utilizing lost space between the house and garage. We have changed the pitch of the roof, blocked up the dead end path between building, and revitalized everything. Massive improvement to the property and no more rain water running towards the house of the garage roof (old roof pitch was wrong way round towards the house). Much warmer, dry and safe plus a nice new home entrance and garage add to the value of this property now.

Basement conversion into self contained flat , Pembroke dock, Church street, Pembrokeshire
We are very proud to present you this outstandingly beautiful basement flat. We have created an absolutely new space from scratch here. When we first started there was nothing more than loads of dust and stone walls in there. Whole flat has been tanked(treated) against damp, floor concreted, walls and floor insulated and studded out. Whole flat received new plumbing system with external pump and a combi boiler, electrics have been newly fitted, meters moved outside into a newly created space by front door. Ceilings have been leveled, whole flat has been squared up planned to a millimeter of the space. New bathroom with a massive shower and suspended basin make an impression. Lovely white gloss Kitchen from Howdens finished with mirror chip black worktop, integrated appliances and led lighting fitted in wall units and a extractor fan were installed. 5KW log burner is recessed into a lovely slate fireplace is a center of attention here. By planning space we were able to fit a kitchen in the living room and create a feature of it. Oak laminate flooring from Germany was imported to keep the best quality, oak doors are fitted internally in the flat. Bedroom double oak glazed door is a lovely feature and transfers more light through the flat. Externally we have revamped front and back steps with new slate and slabs, front also has new balustrade now and has been redecorated. We also didn’t forget about the so important chimney which was also repaired. Customers are just overwhelmed with the outcome. We are very proud too:) Please enjoy pictures that will show you the whole story of before, during and finished product 🙂

Garage and outbuildings conversion in Cosheston, Pembrokeshire
Another nice project:0 We have converted an old cottage into a double garage where we had to install RSJs to support load bearing wall and roof, floor level has been dropped and reinforced slab laid, specifically designed to accommodate Land Rover Discovery and a boat. Also a rear access to attic rooms have been created so the whole cottage/garage could be used property:0
Part 2 of the project was to restore outbuildings adjacent to the property. One small stone shed had a collapsing wall so we have taken it down and rebuild it with new door and window.
Larger shed was converted into a workshop, corrugated roof was stripped off, new ring binder laid to make a base for the pitched roof, new roof, walls re-pointed and nice wooden windows and gate/door installed. Customer was delighted with the overall effect and has commissioned next project which was driveway and a patio:)
