This job was meant to open up dark kitchen in this terraced house. We have removed old conservatory, opened up the wall to allocate new bifold patio doors. Whole kitchen has been insulated, rewired, new water supply was fed to the building. All was finished in a lovely kitchen from Howdens with real oak worktop, custom tile real bricks, wood effect tile flooring and a very pleasant decked patio for those sunset moments:)
This project was intended to make more space in the porch utilizing lost space between the house and garage. We have changed the pitch of the roof, blocked up the dead end path between building, and revitalized everything. Massive improvement to the property and no more rain water running towards the house of the garage roof (old roof pitch was wrong way round towards the house). Much warmer, dry and safe plus a nice new home entrance and garage add to the value of this property now.
Barn conversion into workshop and double garage with store room rebuilding in Cosheston.
We have taken on this project to save this stone building and make space for the classic cars that customer has . Old ruins have been removed and we have reused the stone to build the garage using stone, lime mortar, oak lintels and welsh slate. We think it worked out really well:)
Another job that we are proud of.:)
We have slated the roofs on both, house and garage and installed the new fascias and soffits from Freefoam:) Also in an addition we have installed PV Solar panels from LG on the Garage and Solar Thermal system on the house. Owner-happy as ever:)!!!
Glad that we can show off our project in Saundersfoot. We have renovated the flat over viewing the harbor . Total rewire, replumbing were done. Whole flat is spacious with loads of light. Great feature is kitchen -living room . Kitchen is fitted with all the accessories, dishwasher, fridge oven, hob. Additional ambient lighting is fitted in the kitchen including illuminated extractor. Living room is spacious and fresh with a see view via a massive glazed wall/window. We are very proud to present you this outstandingly beautiful basement flat. We have created an absolutely new space from scratch here. When we first started there was nothing more than loads of dust and stone walls in there. Whole flat has been tanked(treated) against damp, floor concreted, walls and floor insulated and studded out. Whole flat received new plumbing system with external pump and a combi boiler, electrics have been newly fitted, meters moved outside into a newly created space by front door. Ceilings have been leveled, whole flat has been squared up planned to a millimeter of the space. New bathroom with a massive shower and suspended basin make an impression. Lovely white gloss Kitchen from Howdens finished with mirror chip black worktop, integrated appliances and led lighting fitted in wall units and a extractor fan were installed. 5KW log burner is recessed into a lovely slate fireplace is a center of attention here. By planning space we were able to fit a kitchen in the living room and create a feature of it. Oak laminate flooring from Germany was imported to keep the best quality, oak doors are fitted internally in the flat. Bedroom double oak glazed door is a lovely feature and transfers more light through the flat. Externally we have revamped front and back steps with new slate and slabs, front also has new balustrade now and has been redecorated. We also didn’t forget about the so important chimney which was also repaired. Customers are just overwhelmed with the outcome. We are very proud too:) Please enjoy pictures that will show you the whole story of before, during and finished product 🙂
Another nice project:0 We have converted an old cottage into a double garage where we had to install RSJs to support load bearing wall and roof, floor level has been dropped and reinforced slab laid, specifically designed to accommodate Land Rover Discovery and a boat. Also a rear access to attic rooms have been created so the whole cottage/garage could be used property:0
Part 2 of the project was to restore outbuildings adjacent to the property. One small stone shed had a collapsing wall so we have taken it down and rebuild it with new door and window.
Larger shed was converted into a workshop, corrugated roof was stripped off, new ring binder laid to make a base for the pitched roof, new roof, walls re-pointed and nice wooden windows and gate/door installed. Customer was delighted with the overall effect and has commissioned next project which was driveway and a patio:)
We have been asked by customer after renovating his workshop and converting old cottage into the double garage to create new patio, stone walls and paved driveway on his property and it all had to be solid enough to take the weight of his 3tonne Land rover discovery for a constant use. So here we are , take a look We are very proud:)

Basement conversions-this is what we love doing:) Giving our customer a new space within existing walls and a touch of a London luxury. Today we are facing limited amount of land to use, more stringent planning requirements and massive costs of extending property to accommodate an extra bedroom. If you are lucky enough to have an abandoned basement in your house then this is what we can do to it:)
We have started with a damp and cold basement flat where everything was good just to be taken out. We have removed all plaster, lifted old concrete floor, relaid gas and water, concreted the floor, insulated it and installed weyrock flooring .
Walls have been cleaned up and tanked for waterproofing, then insulated plasterboard applied. Ceilings have been leveled with latest laser technology, all have been insulated with 200mm insulation.
We have also opened up living room space, installed new staircase reusing old post and handrail from original stairs.
We have created a bathroom where was an alcove to the back door. New combi boiler got fitted in units and separate meters.
Our joiner has made new wooden windows and doors for us to a highest standard. We have also installed new lovely kitchen from howdens.
Living room received new fireplace finished in rustic brickwork and now installed a 5 kW log burner.
We have also re-rendered the chimney and repaired it, installed new liner and new pots
Exterior steps have been newly shuttered and concreted to both front and back to improve pitch and going.Exterior steps to front of the property have had a new slate and all walls re-rendered, rear steps have been finished in red slab and walls re-rendered, stonework re-pointed and patio area walled too:)
Flooring is finished in hickory timber to give this expensive and lovely modern look.
Exterior wise we have totally redone stairs to front and back in slate and red tile. Looks awesome:) We have already been asked to work on another basement in Pembroke dock by a customer that has seen our work here on Laws street.
